Getting Started
Your first step is to check in with yourself and your parts if you’re really wanting and ready to start doing internal work. It’s a commitment of time, effort and money and it needs to fit and work within the rest of your life and priorities.
You may be invited to take actions, journaling or self check-ins between sessions and should have adequate space in your life for developing the self-curiosity you unleash during our hours together whilst at home with yourself.
What to expect in Sessions
Sessions can be quite variable in style depending on the individual needs.
Most sessions will be 1 hr over Zoom (with the exception of couples work and in-person somatic work).
Is it for me?
Sessions work at a deep level with material that has been suppressed into the unconscious and stored in the body. The pacing of work is very different for different people. Some are ready for significant transformation right from the start and others need a safe space to talk and years to make more subtle changes.
Your history and experience with therapy, your underlying trauma burden, your current level of self-awareness and embodiment and the safety and circumstances of your external life will all impact your pace of change

Sexual History Assessment
