Payment and Cancellation
Pricing
Pricing is fixed annually and is the same for all new clients.
Price increases will be applicable in line with inflation annually in April and will be communicated with a minimum of 1 months notice.
Cancellations
Payment is required in full within 24 hours of booking. I will hold any prepaid session fees to be returned in the case of cancellation within the stated timeframe or to be re-used for a subsequent session, again with due notice given.
You are welcome to request a change in session time or date at any time. Changes within the cancellation window may not be accommodated and may be subject to charge.
I will forewarn you with as much notice as possible of any upcoming holidays or breaks from the normal session schedule. I ask you to do the same.
Whilst life is not always easy to predict, regular cancellations and session changes can be disruptive for both your process and for my ability to manage my client load and personal resourcing so I ask you to be considerate and plan ahead for changes.
Cancellations made with over 3 days notice are fully refundable or transferable to a rescheduled session. Cancellations made with between 1 and 3 days notice are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Session Payments
Session payments can be made by direct bank transfer.
For international clients you can also make a direct bank transfer using my IBAN number, a fee-free international transfer service of your choosing or you can use the Paypal link on my website or Paypal transfer to
You are responsible for covering any fees associated with your payment process.
I am unable to offer subsidised or reduced session rates.
Insurance
It is unlikely you will be able to work with me on your insurance as I am not BACP, UKCP or COSRT Registered in the UK. I am insured by BGI for working with PST and IFS. Some individuals find way to reclaim sessions against insurance, depending on your provider. The responsibility for that lies with you and not with me.
I do not provide invoices for sessions, unless by agreement and in bulk for multiple sessions for insurance services. I may charge for invoicing requests outside of a reasonable scope of requirement for my time.
