Payment and Cancellation
1 to 1 Client sessions:
- Payment is required in full within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- Session payments can be made by direct bank transfer to Miss E Harper, Triodos Bank, Sort Code: 16-58-10, Account No: 20849605.
- For International Payments please use the Paypal link on the site.
- Cash payments can be accepted for in-person sessions by prior arrangement.
- Cancellations made with over 3 days notice are fully refundable or transferable to a rescheduled session.
- Cancellations made with between 1 and 3 days notice are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
- Refunds due will be made within 7 days, except in the case of emergency.
Workshop and Event Payments:
- Where Emma is the seller the following terms apply. Where Emma is not the seller please check the payment & cancellation policy of the event organiser in the event of ticket sales, financial enquiries or refunds.
- Payment is required in full within 48 hours of booking confirmation for programmes and workshops, unless otherwise agreed with Emma
- All payments must be received in full before the start of any programme
- Programme payments can be made by direct bank transfer to Miss E Harper, Triodos Bank, Sort Code: 16-58-10, Account No: 20849605.
- For International Payments please use the Paypal link on the site.
- Fees may be payable for the use of other ticketing sites
- Workshop fees are fully refundable up to 7 days before the workshop start
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are subject to a witholding fee of 20% to cover administration and remarketing costs
- Fees are non refundable once the workshop/programme has started
- Refunds due will be made within 7 days, except in the case of emergency.
